There were plenty of sideshows to keep people entertained including Tossing the Hay Bale, Throwing the Wellie and Hook a Duck.
Children were kept busy in the It's A Knockout games whilst adults could relax in the Pimms and Real Ale bars. Music was provided by a marching Jazz band and local singer Luke Jackson.
The afternoon ended with the Howfield Manor Duck Race which was won by Mary Willard and Jack Carrigan.A list of all prize winners is on display on the noticeboard in the village hall.
The fete committee would like to say a very big thank you to all those who helped on the day, those who donated prizes and equipment and everyone who came along and enjoyed the afternoon. Hope to see you next year!
